How do I choose the right size for SUBU sandals?
SUBU sandals follow a unique sizing structure (Size 0 to Size 4). We recommend referring to our size guide which maps these to standard US, EU, and JP measurements. If you are between sizes, we suggest sizing up for the most comfortable fit.
Are SUBU sandals waterproof?
While the outer fabric is treated with a water-repellent coating (Teflon), SUBU sandals are not fully waterproof. They are designed for dry or damp outdoor environments and are perfect for camping or quick errands, but should not be submerged in water.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, footwear must show no signs of outdoor wear to be eligible for a full refund.
How should I clean my SUBU sandals?
To maintain the quality of the down-like padding, we recommend hand washing with lukewarm water and a mild detergent. Avoid machine washing or tumble drying, as high heat can damage the synthetic insulation and the rubber sole.
